I am a worship leader and just have a question… When you have male and female worship leaders leading the same song set at different locations, are they singing different keys or just making do with the key that everyone is doing? Do you have to make sure the key works for everyone?
I have a female worship leader but if I want us to lead different services on the same weekend, we generally do two different keys, which makes it hard…

@Jeremy – we do the songs in whatever keys work best for the vocalist…keeping in mind how things will ‘flow” in and out of the other songs, so we have to make slight adjustments sometimes. But we just set our musicians up as best as possible for song keys ahead of time.
I am trying to search for where I can download White Flag – Jason Ingram. I loved this song when you guys played it Saturday. Having trouble finding it on iTunes. What album is it on?

I think I figured it out. It’s on the new Passion Album coming out in March.
